Insomniacs.co.uk: many important questions tackled & answered.
This website impressed me by addressing a variety of ways to help one sleep better, the reasons *why* we may not
be sleeping, dispenses with common fallacies associated with insomnia & the subject of dreams, and gives many, many
helpful tips & resources to help those of us who are either interested in these subjects, or need some answers so we can
get a good nights sleep. It is easy to navigate, an easy read & is Fun to read through everything on this site!
Excellent Teen Resource Links!
This is not a dream link, but I had to put it here for all my special nightmare-dreaming teen visitors who
are going through rough times, and don't know where to turn for help. The webmaster at this site has thought of almost
every problem a teenager can have, and provided a link for them. If you are hurting emotionally, physically, scared.
confused or in any way in need of help or guidance, this site can probably point you in the right direction. Please don't
suffer needlessly; get help and carry on with the Game of Life, people--we all are struggling, and you might as well make
it easier on yourself if you can, right? My Best to you all, I want you to find your way out of that dark pit of despair,
if you are wallowing in it. Hint: that dangling rope in the pit isn't for you to hang yourself with--it is to climb up
out of that painful darkness. Move it, my friend!
